Christmas Season

Finals have ended and grades have been submitted, phew, another quarter down and Christmas has brought its first miracle of the season... I got all A's this quarter! :) I'm looking forward to next quarter's clinical applications because memorizing information about viruses, bacteria, and parasites can only be interesting for so long. Plus, it will be nice to see a live animal, not just the ones we see in necropsy. However, these may be easier to work with... (hope that humor isn't too dark for anyone)

Wyatt made it home safely! He's been busy fixing his dodge up for the Farrier business, making business cards and interning with local Farriers. Slowly but surely he will acquire clients and I'm sure the quality of his work will procede him. Luckily, there are a few horses here in the Willamette Valley.

Bodie is adjusting to his new home in the NW. He gets to sleep a lot more inside then he's used to right now because the backyard fence is in progress. Everitt tries everyday at least 7x times a day to make Bodie like him. Everitt doesn't seem dissuaded by Bodie's incessant low growls as Everitt parades passed him.

All in all life is good on the home front...we have so much to be thankful for. We can't wait to see family over break...
Side note: We decided at the end of Vet school we will be moving to somewhere above 4,000 feet... wherever that may be. Somehow the mountain air just makes sense :)

Merry Christmas! Wishing you the best and hoping you're spending the holiday season with the ones you love!
Miss you all
-Dee and Wyatt
